I added the flax seeds to my morning oatmeal and it gave a subtle nutty taste and more fullness that kept me satisfied until lunch. The portion is generous and it feels good to know I’m getting extra fiber and healthy fats in a natural way. It mixes fine with food and doesn’t have a strong flavor so I use it often without thinking about it, it’s become a part of my regular meals and I like the difference it makes in how I feel after eating.

Good quality but watch out for the expiration date. I ordered in Feb. 2026 and the expiration date on product was Dec. 2026. To their credit, Amazon accepted this product for a return.

I'm on a blended diet because I have a feeding tube in my tummy. As a result much of my food comes from nutritional shakes which have a tendency to block me up. However, if I blend a nightly smoothie made with cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, fruit and 2 Tablespoons of whole golden Terrasoul flax and water I wake with an urge I haven't had in a long time. I use a Nutribullet blender and it comes out smooth and silky, with absolutely no lumps.
