Eliminates Coilover Springs Losing Contact with Upper Spring Perch
I purchased this product to keep Maximum Motorsports front coilover springs in contact with the upper spring perch when the front suspension was in full droop with both wheels off the ground. The struts are B6 Bilsteins, the primary spring Hyerco, and the helper spring Hyerpco.The Genesis part is machined very precisely with an excellent fit to the lower coil and upper helper springs. I thought this might reduce my caster/chamber adjustment range, but it sits low enough to not interfere with the lower portion of the caster chamber plates.The Genesis part is has a side wall roughly 1/16" thick.

I bought this coupler to go with my summit 300#/in springs and Hypercoil CS100 tender springs. At full droop my upper spring seat would drop and it did not sound good. I installed this coupler with the tender springs and everything stays seated at full droop. I have not inspected the product yet now that I have been running for over 6 months but the suspension system still works so I do not think there are any issues.It does not have chamfered/rouned edges so it is not as pretty, but the springs seat positively and they work as advertised.
