Highly recommend. It really does seem to help with my perimenopause symptoms. I especially noticed my night sweats decreased significantly. And my overall mood is better.

My 11 year old son with Autism had been very depressed(crying at times during the day for no reason) to the point of not eating at all and not being able to fall asleep, so I brought the Angelica based on the symptoms it addresses because depression and anxiety run in my family. I give him two tablets 1 hour before he goes to sleep. He has been taking the Angelica now for two weeks and his depression is gone, he is eating, and is able to fall asleep. He has not had any allergic reaction or side effects. I had tried 5HTP, Lemon balm, fish oil, chelated magnesium, flaxseed oil and they all had a negative side effect on him except for this. What a relief this supplement has been, thank you Herbamama and Amazon for making this product available.

I have been using this product for 5 months for my menopause and it has worked great. This last bottle of capsules smells and tastes different and I have been having night sweats again. Just wondering if anyone else may be experiencing the same thing?

I've had dong quai straight up boiled before into a medicinal soup and the Carlisle brand. This smells really different, nowhere as strong so not sure if this is the same dong quai I usually use for period cramps.
