Decent energy - but watch for high sugar content
Good snack food - don’t taste overly sweet to reduces chance of just eating them like biscuits. High sugar content though.

Certainly have me a boost.
These bars Sure do work. it says anytime energy boost on them so during a 20 mile bike ride I ate 11 of them in one go. This gave me a massive boost and I continued on to do 127 miles before taking on another 11 then returning home for a 248 mile total bike ride. Once home I did the washing the ironing the hoovering and gave my wife a jolly good seeing to to on the strength of the last 11 bars I ate. I have since joining slimmers world as I put on 13 lbs during the bike ride, not sure the payoff was worth it.
