Looks similar to what’s pictured but these are just white with a dark outside print. Sales photos are a bit misleading. Length is good.

These were very tasty - the kids all enjoyed the pack I bought for a "taste test". I bought enough to go in all our emergency 72-hr packs.

I like the packaging. The contents should keep for a long while. I have not tried it as it is for emergency use.

I had my wife order a package of these last week to get her order above $20. I was excited to give them a try. For the price and the calories, they seem like a good deal to keep in the trunk of the car, or in a pack for a quick pick me up.The package arrive, still sealed. There are twelve individually wrapped bars sealed in a foil wrapper. So the first thing I did was tear the first wrapper open. I was pleased to see that each bar was individually wrapped and sealed in a thin plastic wrap.So of course, I had to eat one. That was the purpose of buying the package before ordering in bulk.The bars had a strong coconut smell to them. It is mentioned on other reviews for larger amounts. The flavor is unique and quite pleasant. Similar to the Danish Cookies sold in the tins around the holidays. The texture was very soft and crumbly, again, very similar to the aforementioned cookies, maybe a little softer.If the shelf life on these is five years as mentioned, I see them being a great deal. The package has instructions for rationing for food and water conservation in harsh conditions, following those instructions it would be reasonable to feed a family of three for a day on one package. It would be better than starvation as an alternative. Ideally you could feed one or two people off of one package for a day.I intend to order in bulk, but for the price, if you are on the fence, give this single package a try, you might be pleasantly surprised.
