It's simple...it works!
I bought it for my niece because she has bad posture. She used it for a week and according to her, it helped her fix her slouch posture without giving much effort. Most uncomfortable and painful item I have ever tried
I never knew if it would work because it was too large in the arm area it rubbed my arm and dug into my side it hurt so for a small lady I suggest not trying it, several of them do the same thing.

Pain Relief
It’s a little tricky getting on and some better instructions would be appreciated but once you get the hang of it it’s perfect. My back feels so much better and I’m not having anymore neck pain. I would recommend

Good product for price.
It was hard to put on the first time but I got used to it quickly. If wearing the brace while doing activities make sure to wear t shirt, brace can rub worn under clothes or with just a tank. One size fits all. My back generally feels better. Posture is better as well.

Upper Back sore
I actually use the back support alternate for couple days & it seems helpful. I can't give more information because i have it only for 10 days. The strap lock is abrasive when touches my skin, It could be because I didn't lock the band properly. I would recommend this product to a friend.

Not for tall people
I don’t think this was designed for tall people. It didn’t feel comfortable around my shoulders and I gave up after a few attempts to wear it.
