Works well - it's lightweight, very waterproof and does appear to be breathable - much better than more expensive heavyweight covers I've had in the past. Have not had it long enough to see how it copes with years of sun & rain. The only downside (hence 4 stars) is that it's quite slippery on the inside and coupled with being lightweight means it can get displaced by the wind - actually blowing off on one occasion. It's not really feasible to tighten such a long drawstring completely - maybe a couple of straps on each side would be more secure.
