A doctor recommended a magnesium supplement to me, this was inexpensive and fit the bill. My magnesium level went back to normal after taking it for a while. Neutral taste, but a larger tablet, however, every supplement like this seems to be pretty large. It works well and is reasonably priced, so I continue to purchase and use it.

Helped me with my supply during my period and also was such a big help with my postpartum anxiety and lack of sleep.

These pills are pretty large so if you have trouble swallowing they might not be for you. I needed to take calcium but couldn’t handle the constipation that came with it so this reverse dosage formula is perfect. Highly recommend if you have that issue with calcium. I also like that they are made in the USA.

In college I learned that calcium is absorbed best when it is in a 2 to 1 formula of magnesium over calcium instead of the other way around. I went from osteoporosis to steopenia (which is better) until my Endocrinologist stopped prescribing the med, and afterward I continued to do better just using this. She told me to keep doing what I'm doing because I no longer had the need for the meds any longer.

I've used this product for several years and it is a important addition to my supplement regimen.

This has been my favorite mineral supplement for nearly 10 years. While the instructions on the bottle say to take 3 per day, I feel this is overkill. I have my magnesium levels checked twice per year by my doc and just 1 per day keeps me in a healthy range for calming the nervous system, and reducing muscle spasms. From what I read, this reverse 2:1 ration of magnesium to calcium is far superior to the alternative, especially to prevent osteoporosis without inducing calcium deposits in joints that can lead to arthritis.
