My physio recommended that I use Kinesiology tape top help recover from tennis elbow. He supplied one strip of it initially so I had to buy my own to keep using it. I'll refer to the original tape from my physio as "the old tape". I'm not sure what brand he used but I can give a comparison to the tape he used. I'm assuming it was a good brand! I bought a roll of Deilin tape and I do recommend it. I've used it for almost two weeks now. The tape is thinner, but no less strong as the old tape. For me, this means much less pinching of the skin around the edges when I bend my arm so it's more comfortable. The tape sticks well and I have no rashes when I take it off. The old tape left a little bit of a rash. I change it every 3-4 days and it lasts this long and possibly longer. After a few washes in the shower the edges to come away a little but it's never been a problem and is expected after 2-3 days plus washing anyway. So this tape is at least as good as the old tape but is more comfortable to wear. I'll buy more of this if needed.

What I like:1. Great price.2. VERY long tapes. Each roll has 19.7 ft, so you get 59.1 total. Very useful. I have often had a problem cutting other brands of tape, when you're trying to tape your foot and figure out how much you need, all while holding the roll and scissors. I might waste some of that. These long tape eliminate that.3. Adhesion. Perfect - it adheres to your foot just fine, and though it does stick to itself, unlike other tape I've used, when both sticky sides get stuck together when you're trying to put the tape on, this comes apart very easily and without ruining the tape.4. Included a full color guide that has CLEAR taping instructions for around 20 different uses.

I have had an IT band issue on and off for a while and its not very pleasant. I have had physio and performed the recommended exercises, which do help. On my last visit to the physio they recommended this tape. I have seen athletes wear similar and didn't think this would help. Anyway I ordered two rolls and they arrived very quickly. The information you get with the product is excellent and shows you how best to apply. There is also you tube footage that shows how to apply the tape. I applied the tape and I have noticed a benefit. The pain is still there, but does seem easier to cope with. I would certainly signpost people with muscular issues to at least have a look at this product.

I was recommended by physio to buy some sport tape following a crushed tendon and over 9 months of waiting for an operation led to 18 months of intensive physio. This tape really does the job.It is stretchy and very sticky, it stays stuck after a shower or bath and it really does help with the pain relief, I feel a good strong support on my arm each time I use it. As a librarian my arm and wrist are in constant use so this tape is something I use each week day and I give my arm a rest at the weekends.I would most certainly recommend it for anyone who needs strong reliable support. Comes on a roll so you can cut exactly the amount needed, can be used on various joints, comes with an excellent guide sheet too.Plus it comes in a variety of colours - what fun!

After reading many reviews about tapes not sticking and burning skin etc ... I then came across this tape and decided to gamble after seeing such great reviews. I am glad I took the risk as it paid off. The tape has stopped my knee aching when walking up hill and hurting when the dog pulls! Tape sticks well so it is a little like waxing to take it off but just hold your skin where you peel tape off and it is fine :). Highly recommended.

I have purchased tape from this seller before & found it to be really good, hence being a returning customer.I am not sure what has been changed but the tape that I received yesterday is absolutely dreadful.I have had trapeziectomy surgery performed on both of my hands over the last 2 years and use tape to support my thumb whilst it heals (I used the tape previously purchased following my 1st surgery & it was really good). The tape that I ordered this time does not stick for very long, which sadly makes it not fit for purpose & a waste of money. It supports and sticks initially but within a few hours the tape curls back, this is despite being correctly applied. Disappointed, as I expected better!(Update - 26/09/2022)I returned this tape for a full refund on 13/09/2022 (Proof of posting attained) as it did not meet the requirements of the Consumer act of 2015 (an updated version of the Sale of goods act of 1979). The law states that goods must be fit for the purpose for which they are sold, they should be of satisfactory quality & be as described. I finally received a full refund today after a third phone call to Amazon.

What's in a name?! It was sold as Kinesiology Tape and I use it for stabilising joints, so I'll go with that! It's good, does what's expected and stands up to a bit of pressure. Ideally, it would be a bit more waterproof (it's 50%, if that means anything) but perfectly fine for most uses

I was a bit skeptical because at first the tape wasnt super sticky, but once it had heated up and adhered to my skin properly it was very well attached. This works much like other KT tapes for a very reasonable price.I haven't tried many KT tapes but this did the job and stayed very well. I only had two very very small skin abrasians which was my fault from not completely smoothing out the tape, just make sure there are no wrinkles - this is true in all kt tapes.I used this for both pain and for cosplay purposes and it worked perfectly well for both.Customer service seems very active and willing to help, I did not have any issues with my order, it came very quickly and they provided several booklets with diagrams and tips on how to apply properly.
