TD Naturals Zinc and Castor Oil Cream – Non-Nano and Non-Gmo Barrier Cream 4.5 oz

My 8 month old has very sensitive skin and unfortunately gets diaper rashes very easily. We have to change her within 3 mins of her pooping or else her skin gets beet red and starts to develop rash like little bumps. We have used every diaper cream you could think of! literally ALL OF THEM! This cream is by far the best for her bc it coats her skin very well, it’s nourishing, moisturizing, gentle, and all the ingredients are natural and not petroleum based like most other creams in this category. This is by far the best diaper cream and I will never use any other brand. I only wish they provided this in a squeeze tube so I can travel with it easily.

Exactly what I wanted - simple, clean, basic, healthy ingredients mixed together perfectly, works like a charm as a perfect barrier cream, and just plain awesome cream in general. I used a tiny bit of starch to set, and no oiliness! (Corn, tapioca or other fine starch). No scents, skin moist, soft and confortable, perfect thickness, spread easily. Cute little jar. Shipped in a little plastic pretty blue envelope. Nice touch! Handcrafted, nice to support a "local" small business! :)

We use this for my baby’s eczema and it has helped tremendously. Love the clean ingredients, easy to rub in, and covers a lot of skin!

Great product

This is my third purchase. Initially it was only for my face. It evened my skin tone. My oily skin isn’t horrible anymore. After I shower/bathe it goes on my heels. I love this product. It moisturizes everything. No odor. Not too greasy. The quantity provided lasts me over a month. Great barrier to apply

I search high and low for products that have few ingredients and non toxic ones. Creams are the worst offenders! PEG, polysorbates, dimethicone (silicones), petroleum products....garbage items that get 70% absorbed into your bloodstream, and some even disturb your endocrine system/hormones. Just about all the zinc barrier creams out there have some sort of item that makes me not be able to buy the product. I even thought of trying to make my own! After a sickness in March 2020, my son and I developed awful gastro/bottom issues. Multiple drs, even a pediatric gastroenterologist specializing in difficult to solve cases (son had a bottom rash), were coming up short and treatments seemed to come and go. Two rounds of stool testing, blood tests. Specialist came to the conclusion that it will just have to run its course and resolve on its own. We tried all these creams and salves. Terrasil is actually quite good (it is a natural antibacterial cream), but I came across this product on Amazon, and it is THE BEST. I still have to apply cream for my son daily, but this really keeps things under wraps. Very occasionally, I will alternate with Terrasil, but otherwise, this is the product. (We have also found avoiding most probiotic or fermented type products are needed - might be histamine intolerance to certain fermented food strains??). I have started using it on other things, and it goes to work on the area so quick! I think it actually HEALS and nips budding infections. I tried just plain castor oil and it isn't as effective as the combination....can almost have a bit of a sticky gluey feel on its own. I recently had a run in with anal fissures. It is usually weeks of torment when those strike, painful bathroom trips, burning, itching, stabbing feelings even just walking around doing life. Usually Terrasil is helpful and slowly heals up the area. One overnight application of this zinc and castor cream and I was like 85-90% better THE NEXT DAY. I was in shock - it seems almost a miracle! I have kept reapplying for a day or two and I'm not 100% but seriously in 2-3 days being nearly ok is a wonderful thing! The jar has lasted us a while, but it isn't a huge jar. What I do to keep it fresh is I put a dollop into a disposable condiments to go container with a lid. I put the main jar in the freezer. When we are ready for more, I get a fresh to go container and let the frozen cream sit out on the counter until I can get another scoop of it out. A little goes a long way. Yes, it goes on white but where we are using it, it really doesn't matter and even if it was visible, it is worth the unusual look to have great results. I hope you never stop making this! I'm buying another jar.

My poor baby had a diaper rash from a formula that didn't work for him. It was out of desperation I had to buy a different formula while we waited for his main formula to be shipped and delivered. Even after switching back, the rash persisted. I was using other name brand zinc ointments but nothing cleared it. I stumbled upon a suggestion on reddit for this company's products. I'm so glad I bought this!! It healed and cleared the diaper rash within 2 days! I use it now exclusively as a preventative and he has not had a diaper rash since. I've used this product for 2 months now and I am so extremely thrilled with it to say the least. I even purchased it as a gift for a family member who had a baby recently. The ingredients are safe and natural so I have such peace of mind knowing its not harming my baby. Its actually helping his skin barrier stay balanced and strong! I absolutely recommend this company's products. I use their Healthy Jelly too. Its all incredible!

Delivered faster than the expected delivery day which is always a plus in my area. Started using it right away so I will probably update once I see results as I ordered this specifically to see if it can help the awful redness/irritation I’m getting around my chin especially after I shave and when I shave in general I tend to get a rash. I knew I tried zinc cream before and it worked wonders and almost instantly for those rashes but I don’t remember the brand so I’m glad I found this brand. It’s the same consistency so I’m hoping it’ll work. Edited: July 5, 2025 Welp it’s definitely heavy which wasn’t that big of a surprise but you just have to work it in good to make the white film go away. Just takes a bit to do but as far as effectiveness, at first it worked lightly with the redness I have in certain areas of my face but nothing significant so either I have to get one with higher zinc percentage because this isn’t enough or, maybe I’m using the wrong cream for what I suspect might be a light or beginning stage of eczema and if so, I’ll take any recommendations because this, unfortunately isn’t working much for me.
