Yep! Does exactly what it says it'll do! My belly stays sweaty even after exercise! I have actually worn it all day and it keeps your belly sweaty. I wouldn't recommend it, though as I started itching and breaking out at the ends where it goes together. But I do like it

This thing is amazing, I sweat so much in it just from doing everyday errands and movement. Then I work out with it and I’m always dripping when I take it off. It doesn’t matter if it’s a light workout or an intense one, you will sweat
