Threading is smooth & screws in with ease, no cross threading issues.I use them for my tongue; Internally threaded jewelry is the only way to go, especially if you are one that plays with your jewelry a lot.Being sensitive to certain metals, this is GREAT. Can be for tongue, nipple, VCH or Christina (if you want a straight bar).If you’re like me & standard 16mm is too short; these are the perfect length!!Highly recommend these!

Got this titanium bars to replace them with my old steel bars for my nipples because they were getting irritated all the time but with this ones are healing and no more irritation , so happy with them thank you.

I bought these for my new nipple piercings, because the original barbells were too short. I'm sensitive to most metals and immediately break out in an itchy rash- NOT SO with these! I put them in 36 hours ago, and so far they're as comfortable as can be. The ONLY reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because one of the barbells has wonky threads and won't screw in easily. But I'm still pleased and would definitely buy again.

Great product! I had my nips pierced about 1 1/6 ago with the normal surgical steel jewelry. After about a year, I tried switching the jewelry for some cute ones I purchased online, but had horrible irritation right away. I’ve had these on for 3 days now and zero complaints. I would recommend this product.

Got them for nip piercings. Was sent a 18mm bar length not a 20mm. They look fine though. Will update on wear.

As of the first day, they are great! Comfy and so adorable. However they are externally threaded which can be an issue for some.
