They work, but...
We got these for a vacation. They are pretty heavy, so if you have luggage that needs to be weighed, kept the weight in mind.

Secures additional luggage
These arrived on time and well packaged. Tried them out with a small filled duffel bag attached to a larger suitcase. They are easy to use and seem sturdy. Held the bag securely in place. We had used bungee cords in the past but things slide with them, they don't with these cords. They fold up nice and flat when not in use. Will definitely be put in use on our next trip where we have to catch planes and trains as we wander thru Europe.

This is perfect for attaching my tote bag to the top of my roller luggage. It really keeps it secure while still giving you decent access to the bag. Easy to take on and off.

This is the worst product I’ve ever purchased in my life!
This was a total waste of money. I could understand one of the three items having a problem, but each of them had a different problem. Two of them are completely useless for their intended purpose. As you can see in the pictures, one had dirt all over it and the buckle was scraped. Another had one side of the bungee cord pull out when I took it out of the package. The third had the buckle pull through when I tried to see if it would actually hold a bag on a suitcase. I’ve purchased substandard products in the past, but this is by far the most poorly made garbage I have ever wasted money on. I purchased this item based on reviews, but the junk I receive doesn’t measure up to anything I read about the product.

Great addition to luggage.
I travel constantly and even though my briefcases are typically designed to slide over the suitcase handle, they are never very secure. This simple and inexpensive device does the job of keeping your briefcase securely attached to your suitcase in a simple and effective fashion.
