Good quality and effective
I normally take the Just Jaivik aloe powder but found this as an alternative. It's handier to have on the go or when you can't mix the aloe powder with water. As a bonus, you can take these tablets with meals -- whereas I prefer taking the aloe powder on an empty stomach. That makes these tablets great for dining out or travel. After taking them for a week, I found that they are just as effective -- if not even more effective -- than the aloe powder. Recommended!

Not for me
Made my whole body and especially my legs swell painfully. Made me poop for sure, not a bad thing. Made me feel incredibly full in my abdomen and oddly painfully hungry 😕Not for me.
