Ahh ... YUM! This stuff is so good. I lived in Hawaii for 25 years and there’s a plethora of delicious Asian food. I’ve been to 39 states and a territory and have eaten this kind of soup in many of them. This Thai soup is as good as any I’ve tasted in any up-scale Thai restaurant as well as any small local style mom and pop shop. I make mine with shrimp and lots of mushrooms. Sometimes I use coconut milk, sometimes I don’t. If I’m keto-ing down, NO coconut milk and this becomes a delicious life saver! Five billion stars!

I have a sister in law who brings this stuff back with her from home. She makes it for me when we vacation together. So delish. I order this on amazon. It was delivered before the estimated time. The labels on the shipping was cute. Came perfectly fine. Expensive for three packs but it was worth it in my opinion.
