One failed in less than a year
The media could not be loaded. Brighter than I'd hoped for, but perhaps I can't really fault the product for that. But one of them failed about a month ago. Now if I turn the lights on and it rains it takes out the cicuit breaker in the house. Not sure if you can even buy a single, or if the reseller will replace. Plus, have to pay to get the block paving taken up and replacement installed. Not happy as they have only been in for about 6 months despite being purchased in Sep'22.

Brilliant product and service!
I purchased a set of 5 back in October and had them installed along my drive. They look great. However, one of the lights failed after five months. I didn’t have a spare so I ordered another pair which came today and I quickly installed it.When I contacted the supplier (through Amazon) and described the problem I had with the failed unit, they immediately refunded me the cost of it!A great example of how customer service should be.I have no hesitation in recommending this product as its not just a great product, but the supplier knows how important customer service is when something goes wrong. Brilliant!

Not water resistant
The lights get filled up with water as soon as it rains and it trips the electrics in the house.

The lights look great - really happy. Perfect size for fitting inbetween block paving.We get lots of positive comments from passers-by when we have the lights on at night!

All installed and working fine. I have one warm white that failed after a couple of days but had ordered spares anyway
