I washed mine with no problem. Do not put it in the dryer. Let it air dry.

Since the help for the neck came very quickly, I don't recall (or didn't pay any attention) to any odor or smell. I wore the collar for several day.

The collar has a velcro fastener that is secure and easily adjustable. My neck is 16 inches, and I estimate that the collar will comfortably fit any neck between 13 and 20 inches.

Q: Is the description accurate? Does the 4" height one fit a 15" circumference neck? I know from long experience that I am hard to fit.
