Love these boots
Bought my third pair. Love that they lace from the back. Comfortable, understated, and can be worn with jeans or slacks. Been wearing this exact boot for a decade.

Comfortable for all day wear and they look great
The shoes are very cute and the tie doesn’t get in the way. The blue is a bit brighter than a dark navy. I’ve worn them for hours at a time and they are comfortable all day/night.Tying the back is not as much of a challenge as others have mentioned.I normally wear an 8.5 shoe and a 9 boot. I should have tried a size smaller than I ordered but end up keeping these anyway. Even though they are a tad big, I can walk in them very comfortably. I have a very sensitive back and avoid heels. These don’t bother my back at all. They are also very comfortable in the toe area. My feet are not considered wide but I can’t wear a lot of shoes because they feel too tight in the front.I recommend these for daily wear or an evening out.

Love These Boots!
These boots fit great and look adorable. Because they fit to your ankle they look everybit as good with a skirt, dress or shirts as with trousers. They are extremely comfortable. As a short girl I appreciate the extra height. Note: I have thin ankle. Not sure if they would fit as well if your ankle are thicker Because of how the ties fit the boot to the foot

The Fly London is almost Super Fly on Day One after that it has gone completely downhill, Avid Fan Gone Bad
The awaited anticipation was worth it, the delivery time that is; 10 days approximately from the UK to New York State. I was worried, certainly, that they wouldn't fit or be comfortable. However, after about a 10 minute adjustment period (for my feet) they were very comfortable all day i walked around extensively in them (i.e. 10,000 steps according to my pedometer). I wore wool socks with a cotton liner, and my feet still had room to breath and my circulation stayed good (cold weather, diabetes, & arch problems). I had a hair cut appointment last night (the first day that i wore them) and showed them off. The hairdressers in the salon had seen a pair earlier in the day, and everyone was wanting a pair. Goodbye, Sorel. I'm done with you forever...The London Fly is Super Fly! Thanks for a sexy comfortable product, and let's see how they hold up thoug-out the year...because i tend to wear my short boot almost everyday throughout the year. If they holdup, i'll definitely be back for more. :) Thanks!A couple days later...Alright, I've removed 1/5 Stars today..the laces in the back fit over a "tongue" like they would on a pair of sneakers. But, after the first day of wearing the tongue keeps slipping to the outside of the laces and i've tried tying them all sorts of ways, and it is not working. It needs a small strap sewn to the back of the tongue to keep the laces in place on the outside. Also, i've only worn them three days and there is already wear on the soles. :(Day 4 - You see the progression of unhappiness. No matter how I tie the laces, the tongue will not stay on the inside of the plackett of laces on the back. :( I was constantly re-tyin, the shoes were slipping around and the shoe was slopping around. I walked less than 5k steps and now my arches are just killing me and my feet hurt. So...i am going to try to see if i can work to get this worked out one way or another...i don't know. it's too much money to spend for a cute boot you cant wear. Very disappointed.

Bought for the cool factor
These are very cool looking boots! I have small feet and ordered the 5 to 5-1/2 size but the feel like they fit closer to the 5-1/2 to 6 size; not surprising as I frequently have this issue, just be aware if your feet are very small they will probably be a tad big. They aren't as cushy as I expected either but with socks I can wear them for hours. I don't really wear heels much anymore but the height isn't an issue with these. Please note Sludge is a deep olive green; I find this color to be a very good neutral. I searched for YAMA boot for months and it seems that FLY LONDON isn't making this style any longer (I don't know for sure but couldn't seem to find new stock anywhere including their Spanish website) and so I'm glad I purchased them even though I would have preferred a half size smaller. Overall, I'm very happy with these

They are pretty. The leather is nice looking too
They are pretty. The leather is nice looking too. They are a good roomy size, I bought up my normal size is 7.5W but the length of my foot is only 7 but very wide with bunions and narrow ankles and heels. The back of the boot is not movable. When you tie the laces the front pulls forward and then the top sort of can dig into the top of the ankle and when you move your foot the fold in front at the top of the foot really bends in. I have small ankles so I thought I would pull the laces tight but then it hurts at the top front of the boot to bend/move so I will keep them loose around the ankles. I will keep these and hope it gets better but would not pick a back lacing style in the future.

I love all Fly London shoes...
I wanted these in the sludge colored suede as I thought they would be a terrific fall/winter neutral for my daily casual 'uniform'; whether its' boyfriend rolled up jeans, leggings, super straight legs, or a skirt...and I was right, these will be part of the daily uniform. I wear a true size 8 in all shoes, if I order Fly London in size 38, they fit, but are snug and not good with the thick rag wool socks I like to wear in Wisconsin, the size 39 clearly states 8 to 8.5 so I know I am getting something a tad large for me, but with the thick socks, it works and lets face it, these are just such great looking shoes, super comfortable, and I can wear them all day long and walk and walk and walk without any discomfort whatsoever! Best part, Fly London shoes are all constructed to wear well and last and are unique in style!

Buena compra

Love the idea of these shoes, but they fail at being shoes.
It's hard to decide on a rating for these... I've had my pair for about two years now. They look great, they're comfortable, the height is perfect (nice wedge, not too high to drive in). Lacing up at the back gives them a distinctive style. Overall, I love the IDEA of these shoes.BUT. Within minutes of wearing them, the tongue part at the back slips down so that you have to constantly stop and rearrange the back of your shoes. This put more strain on the laces than they were obviously designed for, because the rivets popped right out so that the laces were just threaded through holes in the back of the shoe. Which leads to stress/strain and tearing of the suede material and some of the stitching on the side where the back/inside meets the outside/front is even coming undone. Not great.I 'fixed' my pair with four large metal poppers, sewn into the insides of the shoe to keep the backs from slipping down. This solved the slippage issue, but there is nothing that I can do about the loose eye-holes and damaged suede. Not to mention, it took hours of my time and was absurdly painful sewing through shoes by hand when I had paid money for shoes that should have been functional when they came out of the box!I just don't understand - I expect better from Fly London, I really do. It isn't even really a quality issue - they are decently made out of nice materials - the fault came far earlier than manufacture. It's as if they designed and shipped a pair of shoes, but never once considered that they should try them out to see if you can walk for more than 10 paces without compromising their entire structural integrity. Two stars really seems generous, considering that they weren't really shoes until I made them wearable myself.
