This is plain old regular grape nuts, which I love and is one of my favorite breakfast cereals. However, what made this purchase really nice was that it was on a super good sale on Amazon. Thank you, Amazon, for helping me save money on what I would need to buy anyway!

This cereal is such a staple in my kitchen. I personally love adding it to my yogurt for breakfast or even a mid-day snack. It gives the perfect crunch and makes everything more filling. Sometimes I get creative and make yogurt popsicles with fresh fruit and a little bit of this cereal mixed in. When frozen, it keeps a really nice texture and adds that little extra something that makes the popsicles more satisfying. The flavor is mild and earthy, so it pairs well with almost anything. I have also tried it with almond milk and honey, which was really good too. It is not too sweet, and I appreciate that it is made from whole grains and is non-GMO. This is definitely not the kind of cereal you just eat straight out of the box unless you enjoy really crunchy things, but once you mix it into something, it shines. I keep coming back to this brand because it is consistent and I know what I am getting. If you like granola or crunchy toppings, this will be perfect for you. I highly recommend it for yogurt lovers or anyone looking for a hearty cereal that is versatile and healthy.

I love Grape Nuts, but couldn't eat them due to dental issues. I happened to see these flakes and tried. They're small, crunchy, but lightly crispy at the same time. The taste is really great, just like the GN.I just ordered 2 more boxes. I do live the flakes on yogurt with a little maple syrup.My cereal came delivered in a box, and not crushed in an envelope. The cereal is fresh and long before expiration date.This is a big box, too!I will continue to buy this cereal from this seller.Great price.

Got back into grape nuts a few months ago to budget and these are a really food calorie per dollar. I mix it with protein powder and drink with whole milk which is a decent poverty food and hits some decent macros

Healthiest cereal, without compromising taste. Very few ingredients. Enough fiber, less sugar than most other cereals

A throwback to when mom would try to get more bran in our diet, and now that's my goal too! Mixed with yogurt it's just like a dessert, that takes more than 30 seconds to eat!👵🍛😁

Bought these because I used to get them as a young mother who's kids hated the "nuts" but liked the flavor. Yep, they still go soggy quickly, but don't lose the flavor. Beats having to find a tall person in the store because these are always on the top shelf.
