Great value matrixes, work perfectly when chained.
I bought two of these in order to build a dynamic marquee for a retropie machine, they ended up working perfectly and I was able to get them to interface with the raspberry pi with no problems using the GPIO pins. Word of warning though, if for some reason you plan to use these with an arduino MEGA, it will not have enough memory in order to correctly display 2+ of these matrixes when chained.

Works as described
Works as it should. Been using this display for 8 months outside in an self service egg Kiosk behind plexy driven by arduino Mega 2560, using a ribbon breakout card and it works great.

Easy to use and works as expected
While it can be a bit complicated getting this type of panel working in general. I had no specific issues with these panels and they seem to be working as expected and have not failed after a couple of weeks of constant use.

Works with arduino and raspberry pi
I have used this matrix on an arduino and on a raspberry pi and it worked on both once everything was installed and wired correctly.

Wired incorrectly
It came in wired wrong. No wiring diagram included. The pin outs to wire had top and bottom backwards for same type of board.
