Dogs LOVE these! My Dot is very healthy and, except for antibiotics for a tiny scratch on her cornea, Dot has never had any pills. Not only does she hate pills, she won't even eat her heartworm meds that come in a chewy treat every other dog or cat I have ever had ate quite willingly. However, her mate, Dash, has epilepsy and needs two pills per day-- every day-- for life. Dot feels like she is special, too, if she gets half a pill pocket when Dash gets his pill in half of a large pill pocket. In my 50 years of AKC kennel ownership I have tried EVERYTHING from cheese hot dogs, to scrambled eggs with cottage cheese, to Little Smokies sausages, to soft cheeses to liverwurst to get dogs to take their pills! These pill pockets are BY FAR the EASIEST and most mouldable pill hiding food/treat I have ever found, and they seem like an excellent value (and fewer kilocalories) when compared to soft cheeses or liverwurst! If the Pill Pockets are kept in an airtight container these pill pockets remain soft and perfect for a LONG TIME, maybe years. Not that I have ever had a bag of Pill Pockets last over a month! The only thing about Pill Pockets that is at all fragile is the zipper on the bag they come in. There is no guarantee on the bags, or the zippers on the inside of the bags. I buy the large pill pockets and cut them in half for my Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, and use them whole for our allergic German Shepherd dog's THREE Benedryls per six-hour dose, (my dose is TWO.) This is my BEST veterinary find since the hybrid elizabethan collars that have blowup neck rings AND a hard, clear plastic anti-chew extension!

Great product, our Staffy can be very opinionated about taking meds. This work well, she readily takes the peanut butter flavored pill pocket!

These are an absolute must for dogs on medication. We have a senior English Bulldog. He takes at least 4 pills a day, so we go through them quick. We have tried other things, like cheese, but these work so much better. He takes his pills everytime. Sometimes they can be squished while in the bag, but you honestly do not need the hole. You can simply put the pill into it and roll it up , because they are very pliable, which also means they are easy for a senior to chew. Highly recommend.

I have a very greedy dog who basically eats anything that smells great. It was therefore very easy to add the medication to these pill pockets because they passed the smell test. He’s a small dog, so I broke each pill pocket in half and still had plenty of room for the pill. Easy to swallow.

These Greenies Pill Pockets are a lifesaver for giving my dog medication. The soft texture makes it easy to hide pills, and the peanut butter flavor is appealing enough that my dog eats them without hesitation. The large size works well for bigger pills, and the treats are easy to break or mold as needed. Overall, they do exactly what they’re supposed to and make pill time much less stressful.

To my pleasant surprise, these are incredibly effective. So soft and mushy I can mold the whole thing around a very large capsule for my dog and he just gobbles it up. Took a star away because these are peanut flavor yet the #1 ingredient is chicken, it was impossible to find reputable pill pockets w/o chicken, so I have to only use these occasionally and find another solution for other doses.

These Greenies pill pockets are the perfect solution to get pet medications down without a lot of drama. We tried the peanut butter flavor, and our pup loves them. They are rather large size, about the size of Brazil nut, and we have a small dog, so I was a little hesitant to try them. But I looked at all the great reviews, and decided to give them a shot. Well, they couldn't be easier to use. They are very soft and squishy, so if they are too large, you can simply break them in half and mold the treat around whatever pill you have. I had to break an antibiotic tablet in half, then put in half a treat for our small pug. It worked great. I couldn't be happier. Whoever saw the need for these and came up with a pet-friendly, no-stress solution deserves a blue ribbon! I highly recommend. Giving a pill to a pup couldn't be more stress-free.

Excellent for hiding your pet’s meds. Our Lab had major surgery and was on an “around the clock med schedule,” these made it so easy for us. She never fussed taking ALL her pills, big and small. They’re moldeable and covered the pills entirely which was super helpful. We went through two and a half large bags and she never fussed taking her meds and bonus: she never had tummy issues either. True lifesaver in our case. I’m just glad we were prepared from the moment we brought her home. Don’t think twice about this purchase, you won’t regret it.

Greenies Pill Pockets are not readily available in Spain. My dog takes anti seizure medications 4 times per day. Pill Pockets makes this a much easier task! Since I have to watch my dog's sodium intake, I found that the Greenies Peanut Butter Dog pill pockts have much less sodium than the chicken. Fortunately I am able to order the pill pockets via Amazon.de.

My dogs take multiple medications - they refuse to take them without pill pockets.
