The cinnamon powder is incredibly fine so a little goes a long way. It smells more earthy and fragrant not as pungent or synthetic ‘curry’ like as the cassia one. the flavour is more delicate / mellow and not at all harsh. it is lovely . I decided to change as I’d stumbled across some information concerning the health risks associated with the ‘ordinary ‘ cinnamon compared to the Ceylon cinnamon. I was really shocked at the difference as I take it every night with honey in warm milk to help me sleep and for the anti inflammatory benefits because I take meds at night as well for rheumatoid arthritis. I am so glad I tried this and will not go back now. I chose this company because if the soil association stamp and it bring organic- having looked at a few this just seemed the better option and felt right. The service was great and the pack well worth the money I believe when it concerns your health it really does make sense

Flavour more subtle than supermarket brands of cinnamon. We use it in our porridge pots. Yummy! We find we don’t need to use any sweeteners and there are other health benefits such as lowering blood sugar. Product arrived quickly and was well packaged

True cinnamon is the healthy version so buying it in bulk enables one to use it for various meals. Taste is slightly different from cheap variety which I was used to - tastes a bit dusty but not unpleasant. Would recommend.

I used to use a supermarket bought cinnamon until someone gave me a sample of a proper one, like this one.And it was a game changer. My baking taste so much better. Worth every penny
