Worst quality product, Zero durability
Used for two months and the bag got damaged, just above the wheel - which makes me belief this product has zero quality standards. Don't go with the impressive Spider Man image printed on the bag, as the bag is missing the main purpose which is durability. The Seller here is the cherry on this cow-dung bag - they are not polite at all and make you feel foolish by purchasing this bag. Now, its been 3 months, following with Amazon to get this fixed in warranty.

Sizes are very confusing
1. The sizes have been mentioned as 18" and 22". However those are including wheelbase. So 18" is actually too small as the usable size is 15-16" only. Got it replaced with 22" but then the width is just too large to be carried as cabin bag.2. Though it is 8 wheel bag, the quality is very poor. If you fully stuff the bag, it starts making frictional noise. Also the quality of pully is very weak. It can barely pull the bag and one is afraid it will break if pulled to hard.Not too happy with the product.
