Too small in size for baby to catch attention. Prints could be more elaborate for easy concentration by the babies.

I mean…Margaret Wise Brown and Clement Hurd were ahead of their time. These are both the epitome of CLASSIC.I grew up having them read to me, and my mom says “they’re great, the kid thinks they got a whole book but parents are over and out quickly” I can say that I learned to read by 4 from these books every night…and I just got the set for my little one year old sweet pea family member. Her mom had been warned it can get emotional there with the runaway bunny but the sweetness is worth the occasional weep.Just so so well crafted. The art is classic. What can be said? They’re awesome and these board books are really nice for little ones because they can grasp the pages and they’re STURDY.

Even though the book was written and published years ago, it is a classic and must have for a child's first books. The two books are presented in a sturdy laminated cover and are easy to hold.
