Very good very nice

Great bit of kit, light and easy to pack. My only gripe is that I wish there was a longer version, about 35 to 40cm would be great.

Weight is slightly underestimated, my grill is 150g, and with the bag (stiff nylon) it comes in at 182g. That said I really like the grill. Feels solid, although I haven’t crammed it into a pack yet, I’m not worried about doing so. It is a good size for a few burgers or couple of rashers of bacon, probably able to serve two people, with moderate appetites. Outer edges have been smoothed, inner sections can feel a little sharp. Hangs well under a tripod for whatever that’s worth! Additionally, the carry/storage bag is really nice, and you can easily fit in an additional plastic bag for when the grill is dirty :)

Bought for wildcamping, cooking usually for myself or 2 people max. I was really impressed with the look of this, lovely and solid, no sharp edges and decent thickness. Also comes with a lovely tough case/bag to store it in which will protect the rest of your gear from soot and bonfire smell. I tried it tonight and I love it ! It didn't warp (which was my biggest concern) even when I laid it directly on the hot coals of the fire. For quick overnighters I have started taking a few charcoal briquettes to cook over as its a bit less smokey and easier to have a discreet fire. These burn incredibly hot, and this little grill held its own really well. I grilled lamb rump steaks, which didn't stick and came out lovely. At first I fashioned a stand with notched sticks stuck in the ground, to slowly cook the meat, then at the end I layed the grill directly on the hot charcoal to crisp them up. The grill was covered in burnt fat and marinade when I was done, so I just layed it in the fire to burn off while I ate, then after it had cooled I wiped it off with damp leaves and it came up pretty clean! Then just throw it back in its sturdy case ready for the next time. Apparently you can season these by coating in oil and burning it off a few times. My lamb didn't stick, and just cooking on it a few times is probably all the seasoning it needs. Overall well pleased with this and would 100% recommend
