The Gratitude Journal

The format is nice, the journal is not thick, but then it is supposed to be used just a few lines each day. I am enjoying the process of documenting a few things I am thankful or grateful for each day (although I have not been as committed to the task as I could wish). We will see where I am in a few months or a year!

I tried to use a regular notebook for gratitude journaling but never kept up with it. This helps me by jump starting my ideas.

This journal fit my needs and wants perfectly. I especially like the fact that there are no dates printed. You can enter the date and as many "gratitudes" per day that you wish. Beautiful cover and meaningful sayings sprinkled throughout.

It serves it's purpose but doesn't have a lot of pages. There is an orange one out there that is for a whole year of journaling. This one is pretty thin and doesn't have as many quotes.

its the perfect gratitude journal, plenty of space to write, lots of nice little quotes and light to carry in the handbag!I will reorder when this one is full. I like the cover and the size.

Frankly, this product's idea is wonderful, but I would never have bought it if I could have seen it in person. The cover has an odd feel to it that is not pleasant to the touch. The author has included some wonderful gratitude quotes, but they repeat several times. I would have liked for him to put in a little more effort to find enough different quotes so that there is no repetition. I was giving it as a gift but I was embarrassed by it. I would have returned this, but it wasn't worth the hassle. I went to a big box bookstore and bought one I liked better.

Nothing fancy just a thin journal to keep you on track as work on cultivating an attitude of gratitude.

I really enjoy using this book. And I also enjoy the results I am seeing.

Very cheep looking, wouldn't have paid £1 for it if I would have seen and felt it properly first. But the reviews were good. Very disappointed.

Absolutely brilliant .good price and pages are nicely layed out with inspirational quotes throughout.well reccomended to anyone needing reminding that life is beautiful x
