Easy to use, not as thick as expected
This was the second tin I’ve ordered. No problems with first tin but second was dented and deformed although neither of the boxes it came in were damaged. Liquid easy to apply, initially thought it would have been thicker consistency. I used a roller and an extension pole to do my garage, it was a quick and easy process. Just need to wait and see how it holds up.

Saved me £10,000 in builder cost
I had a few builders quote me and the recommendation was change roof at a cost of £10,000. I almost fell of my chair and started researching 'how to repair a leaky roof'. I took a leap of faith due to not having the money for the repair and purchased 3 tins, 2 paint rollers with long handles, 2 paint trays for a total of under £200 and with a little help from my son, spent a day applying it to the roof. To my surprise it worked like a charm. Two months of crappy English weather and no more leaks with the added bonus that I can't tell the builders where to stick it ;-)
