The toe part wasn't really long enough to get a good pull on the toe (physics major) . The strap to go round the big toe wasn't long enough which made it extremely fiddly. I pity an elderly person with problem fingers and difficulty reaching the feet.The whole device slipped round the foot as when I put it on at night my foot was larger than during the night/morning so didn't grip the skin, just slid smoothly. This changed the performance of the whole thing. They don't make shoes wide enough for my foot and this device. Have tried it for three nights and am going back to the old one where the plastic support actually goes between the toes and pushes outward and the two straps oppose each other and permit a controlled leverage on the toe. Did anyone trial this on someone with a real problem? It is now dirty having been worn so I can't return it, so wasted money.Edit: I have just washed the material bands in a washbag and they have come apart, the outer surface has separated from the inner.

When finally received it did not amount to much as I wanted a Splint that would hold the Toe rigid, however, the splint still allowed the toe to move up and down , so pretty useless, a waste of time and money for me.

Initially they seemed good bit expensive, the the Velcro would not hold , just past the return date, added extra Velcro to help , then the base layer would not take Velcro, had to throw it out and buy another more reliable corrector
