Incontinence Care Trousers Catheter Underwear for Elderly,Urinate Drainage Bag Pants Abdominal Surgeries Patient,Ostomy Drainage Bag Care Clothes (Men, XL)

After purchasing a single pair of the BIHIKI underwear to support his catheter, it made all the difference to my husband. He feels this underwear is far superior to the use of a bag holder sleeve worn around the leg. In fact, he likes the BIHIKI underwear so much that I have purchased three additional pairs. The fabric is nice (has some stretch and is not too thin), has pockets on both sides so you have a choice on which side to position a drainage bag, and has a comfortable fit. If it works for him, it certainly works for me!

I had a lot of trouble finding clothing to hold my moms Nephrostomy Bags as most of the specialty clothing are for much smaller bags. These shorts are great!!! Lightweight comfortable and hold them perfectly. They do seem to run a little small.

Have now purchased a medium size and an XL size. Very, very minor difference in sizing between the 2 products. Manufacturer needs to greatly improve this product, especially considering the cost.

Not happy

There is a dire hole in the market for anything to do with people who have had a nephrostomy operation - in my case a double one. No specialised belts or anything like that. And then I came across the BIHIKI Incontinence Care Trousers Catheter Underwear. I sent off for one pair as a trial despite the very high postage (US to UK) and upon receipt it did not take me long to realise that they were just what I needed. They were comfortable, could house my bags (one on each side) and the support was strong enough to support the trousers when the bags were full. So I ordered four more pairs in order to rotate through the wash. For me a superb product!

I ordered for my husband after his catheter bag . Great pants but the sizing are way too small . I think the sizing are based on Asian size. I ordered 2xl but it look like a medium size for teens

I have right and left nephrostomy bags for last 6 months. For several months i strapped the bags to my lateral thighs with velcro straps, not the best system but it worked ok. Then I found the BIHIKI shorts. I'm not incontinent so it's kinda of a misnomer. And I a'int elderly but I have 2 nephrostomy bags due to bladder cancer. These shorts are perhaps a little pricey but for me they are so worth it. I have several Large sizes which accomodate the extra tubeage. Highly recommend these if you have the unfortunate situation that requires you to have nephrostomy bags...they tuck away in the side pockets so nicely!! Excellent product!!

We ordered one pair a few days prior to going back to order another 9. Sadly we only received 8 from that order. We’ll order another batch as these are the best we’ve had. I’m going to reach out to the company to obtain the missing item. Give them a try. You won’t be sad. They are worth the price.
