Good product
This is a good medium duty one. I installed it on my boat with a built in cooler hatch. Hatch is pretty heavy and this holds it no problem.

Perfect for an RV cabinet door
This is a perfect overhead door holder. I'm using it inside an Airstream. I wonder why the factory didn't think about using this type of spring holder!

Can't beat the quality. Made in the USA.Be aware of a cheap knock off made over seas.They may look the same but Moonlite Marine is the original inventor.

Looks good but doesn't have strength.
This was a knock off of the product that you will find at West Marine. The gauge of the material was much thinner and the spring barely works as intended.
