OK, I have used this for several months now. I sleep well. Most of my minor muscle aches & pains are gone. I used the non-nano one before and I noticed I can relax easier now. I have much more positive feelings about myself My ability to walk long walks have increased. My skin looks remarkable, I am + 60 and have no wrinkles, though I use good skin acre & do muscle toning. I just feel so good. I would not stop using this. My weight is coming under control now as well.

If you are looking at this supplement I am going to assume you already know what a telomere is. For those who are a bit confused here is a great explanation I pulled from the web:"Telomeres are the protective cap on the ends of our DNA that prevent tangling and fraying when the precious genetic material “unzips” to create a copy of itself. In the last decade, it has become relatively common to measure your telomeres in order to get an insight into how well you are aging, from a cellular perspective.Every time your cells divide, the DNA “unzips”, creates a copy and then “zips back up”. In doing so, the cell’s telomere gets a wee bit shorter. At some point, the telomere cannot get any shorter – it reaches its limit. Specifically called the Hayflick limit, at this point the cell can no longer divide, so it becomes destined to die through a process called apoptosis (also known as programmed cell death). Although it may sound ominous, it's one of those great biological safeguards because we actually want certain cells in our body to die. Otherwise, defunct and rogue cells (think tumors or mutations, for example) will continue to divide and potentially crowd out young healthy cells. I did some surface level research and found there is evidence to support it lengthening telomeres. If you read the last part of the excerpt posted above there is also some concern about disrupting normal cellular death when the cell is dysfunctional. We wouldn't want to protect a cancer cell from dying. I think you should know your current health status very well before starting a supplement like this. It could be bunk and not work at all, or it could work great but also cause health problems.I have not yet started taking it because I will be doing more research to see if its worth the investment for me. I know from prior genetic testing that I have a few genetic variations that could predispose me to shorter telomere length but have never had my own telomere length tested. I will be thinking on it for awhile and if i decide to try it I will update. If you are considering this supplement make sure you do your due diligence and also check around because buying this in larger quantities could save you money.

The research behind this product is interesting , although I have read that results can sometimes take a little longer. The nano elements in this preparation are said to increase absorption, all which adds up to increased efficiency. With the rarity and cost of production, the cost on this product is a bit expensive for most , but it seems to be a promising compound and I think this offering is a fair value, but I would look for the price to come down as it becomes more popular.

Didn't feel any different with and without this supplement. I wouldn't buy again because I can't see or feel any difference.

Before I decided to test NAD+ supplementation, I read up on it, and the stuff sounds like a real fountain of youth, with anti-aging effects, enhanced cognitive function, improved metabolism, better strength and exercise recovery, and immune system support.I have taken several bottles now from several different manufacturers, and I have yet to detect any real benefit *for me*.It could be that if you maintained the regimen consistently over some length of time, such benefits would appear, but I have not noticed anything in particular - I'm still old, slow, weak, and lazy. 😂I have given these 5 stars regardless - it's a perfectly decent version of the product with nice packaging, and standard gelcaps filled with mystery dust. They're easy to swallow and have no real taste.
