It's a straw with inflatable goo....if you use it long enough you can get really high hahah and get a really bad headache. However it is a lot of fun to use and helps pass the time :)

It was a good buy and fun to do. But the plastic balloon easily tears.

Sucks it was hard barely made a ballon out of it...what a waste of money
