Looks great. Easy to install. This is one of life's 'stupidly good' little things. Few items under $20 will give as much utility and save as much hassle. Bought a second one when we moved and installed it in the new place. Really great? You can put a gallon bottle of Dawn under your counter and hook it right up. Economical, clean, and efficient. Love this, wish I had it years ago.

However, I had to knock off a star because the spout leaks. Since it’s in one of our spare bathrooms that doesn’t get used every day, the leaked soap ends up staining the white sink. Additionally, attempting to contact customer service for a resolution proved to be a futile endeavor. The lack of response or assistance further exacerbated my dissatisfaction with GAPPO's product and service quality. In conclusion, the GAPPO Matte Black Kitchen Sink Soap Dispenser failed to meet even the most basic standards of functionality and aesthetics. The presence of a crack resulting in continuous leakage, coupled with the lack of effective customer support, renders this product highly unsatisfactory. I would strongly advise against purchasing this item, as it does not deliver on its promises and falls short of expectations.
