Rimmel Sunshimmer Water Resistant Instant Tan Wash Off Shimmer - Light

Awesome product! This is my go to when I am needing color. I always get compliments when I have used it because of the natural look of color. Warning … wear gloves when applying.

I first discovered this instant tan lotion about 2 years ago when I was visiting my daughter at her house. She had a tube of it in a drawer of her guest bath. My skin is very pale naturally. I am a Baby Boomer and can no longer lay out in the sun to get a tan. I could not believe the difference in my skin color after I applied this wonderful lotion. I went from pasty-white to a beautiful natural looking tan instantly! I have tried many self tanners in the past, and some of them look bad and some of them look good, but the negative part of ALL of them was the horrible smell. Within an hour of applying them, the smell was so bad that I had to try to get it off. But not Rimmel. The only thing I could smell was the normal pleasant smell of suntan lotion, which went away within 5 or 10 minutes after applying it. Even after hours of having Rimmel instant tan lotion on, there was not a bad muskie nasty smell like the others. I was SO happy!! And it does not rub off. My daughter had the 'Light Shimmer' color which is perfect for my complexion. (I once tried the 'Medium Shimmer' color and it was okay but seemed a little too dark on me and looked a little bit unnatural for my normal complexion color). It seems that Rimmel might have discontinued this product and I am super thankful I can still find it through Amazon. When I find a vendor that does supply it, I try to stock up. I keep the extra tubes in a plastic container in my refrigerator to keep them fresh so they won't smell rancid. By the way, I wanted to mention that because the color is a 'Shimmer' color, it does not look "sparkly" on your skin. It looks very natural. I absolutely love this product! 🏝😃👍

Great product to look tanned. Too hot in Egypt to sit for more than an hour but with a slight tan and this product it looks like you’ve been out all day. Expensive but if no one coming from uk to bring it out then it’s worth it

I have been using this for a long while now, and it produces a natural tan color to your face, as winter in uk is a dreary white skinned time, but I can recommend this product to give you a warmer looking appearance :-)

This wash off self tan has been around a long time. I wouldn't be without it. Easy to apply no streak application

I love it, especially for my "milk bottle" legs. It evens up the skin with a slight shimmer. I also bought the brush for it at the same time and it keeps my hands clean. Im not a sumbather and dont like self tanning products so I find this to be a big relief, especially as it stays put till you wash it off and it didnt transfer to my clothes or light beige furniture.
