My daughter loves these style dresses. They are modest, comfortable and flattering. But the fabric is see through and she has to wear a slip underneath. Especially the light colored solid fabrics. She has the same dress in dark colored print and she likes that one better. It is less see through.

I originally bought this dress in the blue and loved it so much I bought it in purple too. The material is thin which makes it nice for spring/summer but it does require me to wear a slip under it. I love the fact that it doesn’t show any cleavage at all and that it goes just past my knees. I am 5’3 and weight 190 normally a size 14/16 and I ordered a large. I was nervous because I usually wear a 42C bra size and thought this might be tight in the chest but did t want it to be super loose so I did t want to order it too big and it was perfect.

As a pear-shaped person, I love loose fitting skirts and dresses. This is an "ok" fit for wide hips, but not overly big. I would have like one more size up and use a belt. The fit in shoulders, bust and waist are true to size and comfy. The fabric is flowing and not clingy. Needs a half slip on sunny days. ;)

My wife is giving this a 4 star, only because it is a quality made dress. She said the sleeves are much shorter than shown in the picture. The sleeves are more like "cap sleeves" and not "3/4". The bust portion was too tight, as she is a 38DD top but a true size 9 otherwise. The fabric feels great, she said. She ordered a size large mainly because she had a large bust-line, so since she is a size 9, the dress should have fit less tight. My wife is 38 DD, 26, 37, 5 ft 7, 140 pounds for reference. The dress was about 3 inches below the knee. She said a slip is needed, as the dress is rather on the thin side in fabric.

This dress seems well made and is very attractive but I sent it back. As some other reviewers said, it clings to everything! If you have a body with no bumps, rolls, etc., then it would probably work for you. It just didn’t for me.
