Q: Is it dishwasher safe?

The bottom of the bottle is stamped "Handwash Only", the Takeya webpage reads "recommend you hand wash your bottle and lid daily with warm water and non-abrasive dish soap." but the label reads it is "Dishwasher Safe" on both the front and back of the label. I'm ok either way but the company's information isn't clear and could easily be updated to mitigate the question.

Q: I havent recieved my bottle. and i ordered it from september. Is it possible i can get an update or cancel ?
