Great product. Our gps on our Lincoln navigator was giving us a "no gps"signal. I ordered this and installed and it is working perfectly. Installation was easy, remove radio and just connect the wire. I read that some people have installed under the dashboard, for mine to work I had to place it on top of the dash. I ran the wire behind the glove box and up the side do no wires are exposed. Definitely a great value for the money.

Even 1 star to high. Ordered this gps antenna for my Pioneer avic-5500nex, it had some slight issues plugging it as the connector as others mentioned is almost to large and the inside isnt insulated the same as oem. Kinda worked for about 30 seconds before causing tons of errors. Tested it on my Avic-8100nex as well, had the same problems, but at least didnt brick that unit. Now i jave to send my 5500 back to pioneer since it crashed the unit and still have to buy another antenna.TL;DRDO NOT BUY, POOR QUALITY, SIZING OFF, NOT COMPATIBLE W/AVIC, MAY BRICK HEADUNIT, JUST GET OEM ANTENNA

I installed the GPS antenna without any issues. I will most definitely buy another one when needed.

I have a Pioneer AVIC 8400NEX which didn’t work with the gps antenna it came with. Fearful my head unit was somehow defective for quite some time , I didn’t use it. I remember coming across a post which mentioned swapping out the gps module and how it worked so I got this ☝🏽. Best purchase I ever did!!! Completely works with my head unit as and everything as if it was OEM
