The Bald Bandit (A to Z Mysteries)

I will be purchasing more of the A to Z books! A great read for young readers!

This was the first we read and my 4 and 6 yrs old boys were totally engrossed. I planned for a chapter a day but they begged to keep going so it lasted 2 nights. Good detail, just enough illustration but not on every page so they had to use their imaginations. The end had them on the edge of their seat, but guessing throughout the book. The best 4 bucks I’ve spent in a while!

My daughter is obsessed with these books. They’re below her reading level as a 4th grade who’s reading high school level books. But she loves them and the mystery.

My son really enjoyed the first story and this one has also been declared a winner. Looks like I'll have 24 more books to buy soon! The reading level seems appropriate without being intimidating--he reads (according to his teacher) a grade level above, and overall is stubborn and has to choose his own thing. I don't know what his official 'lexile' level is (new words for me) but the book is listed at 470.If you have a child who reads about these levels, and is looking for a fun series that appeals to the picky reader, I would recommend trying this series.RECOMMENDEDJTG

The Mack Pack loved it. It got my kids reading A to Z mysteries. On to the next. It is sick per Adam.

Perfect for 2nd Grade Reader. Great low price gift. This book is not too easy to be read on the second grade level, but not too difficult to read, either. This book is also an AR (accelerated reader) book. It is for the lower grades, is a level 3.2 AR book, and your child will get 1 AR point for completing the AR quiz with 100% accuracy.

I purchased these for my 8 year old niece for her birthday (per her request). They are great for a child that loves to read and wants something a little more challenging/mysterious. She was very happy with these books. They seem to be great quality too. I highly recommend if you have a young reader in your home!

Excellent for 8yrs to 11 yearss age group

Ich kaufte dieses Buch für meine Tochter ( 5. Klasse) die sehr viel Spaß im englischen Unterricht hat. Die Handlung der Geschichte ist einfach genug, um das ganze zu verstehen, ohne jedes Wort verstehen zu müssen.Die Geschichte ist auch spannend genug, um das Lesen an sich attraktiv zu machen.Ich kann dieses Buch durchaus an 5. bis 6. Klässler empfehlen, für die, vorallem, der Stoff in der Schule nicht so schwer sind.

英語が優しく、内容も良いです。日本の児童文学とは違うところがまた良いです。英検2級レベルの方にお勧めします。優しすぎず、難しすぎず、程良いレベルで最高です。

A - Z is one of my favourite series.

児童書ですが登場人物がとても生き生きと動いている感じが伝わってきます。内容は割愛しますが、最後の場面では胸が熱くなってしまいました。おススメです。
