is it free to return if it's not up to standards? I'm worried after reading reviews

I understand the concern! If you contact us directly in regard to wanting a return we actually can make prepaid shipping labels for you to use to send the item back at a cheaper rate and deduct this from your over all refund once we have the item back. When you place your return through Amazon they automatically send a label but typically it is not prepaid and you have to pay more out of pocket to return it. We try and catch this issue for customers returning products as much as possible so they do not have to deal with the hassle. I hope this helps! :)

i noticed that it says not to fill the tub with water...why is it showing pics with water in it?

The tub can hold water in it however we do not recommend prolonged water use or multiple water use out of this item. It can damage the item if not completely dried so we caution buyers just to have them aware.
