FYROM - Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (Greece is disputing name Macedonia). Thanks to great, warm, climate, Macedonia is mainly agricultural country; their peppers are real stuff.

Q: What are the ingredients, please?

Roasted peppers and eggplant mainly.

Q: is there garlic in this product? i cannot have garlic?

I checked the manufacturer site (http://vipro.com.mk/products/) and they don't list garlic. Some of the flavors have listed spices without speciifics - personally, I do expect garlic in Ajvar. On the side note, this is a very high price at Amazon now.
