I chew my cigarettes anyway so I thought this would be something I would try . I guess I’m glad I bought 2 hopefully I won’t bite through the second one onMy 1 day . I got done cutting my lawn . And was gonna have a smoke. So I tried this thing to see if maybe I could start slow and puff on this thingy in place of a cigarette or two to start. This I guess oxygen one has absolutely NO Flavor. I guess this one goes in the trash . I’m going tryA cinnamon one . So I’ll let you know how that one goes. My quit date is September 16 th.

I like the chewy end, it helps with fidgeting. The product has no taste and just have to take it for what it is. My issue is the pamphlet on the side. Do not buy from quit products .com!! Took forever to get to me and the phone number is bogus to the 'company'. The coupon included with this item for that website is bogus too.

I have it a 3 star. It does help me to keep something in my mouth and my hands. It's not a total fail. I'm not sure if I would buy again.

I disliked how it had no menthol taste I realize I got the oxygen kind because that was the only one that showed it felt like you actually were smoking for the inhaling sound. I wish there was some type of Nicotine-free air that you could blow out. Make sure to use a patch or a different product to help with the cravings and withdrawal along with this product. It does feel like an actual cigarette and has helped its only been 3 days but that's a start. I don't like that it says free hypnosis audiobook but you actually don't receive free audio book unless you use a code and purchase a additional product from the company so not only this inhaler product but additional. I was really looking forward to the book to help and see if hypnosis would help the process of quitting. So that made my rating also lower. Otherwise a fairly good product to try

Really didnt help . it claimed to give you a air type sensation when you inhaled on it. But no. It was a waste of time amd money

I messed up, so this low star review is my fault. I got one without flavor and that did not help me with my cravings at all since I’ve been using flavored vapes. If you get one with flavor, I’m sure that would work a lot better to stop smoking!

Good to replace with the hand motion habit...

I bought this to assist in going cold turkey. It worked for me. I believe it worked solely in the physical, hand to mouth part of my habit. In the past, when attempting to quit, I'd gain weight. I just replaced one habit with another by having a mint or piece of candy instead of a cigarette. I haven't gained any weight this time and I attribute it to this. Now, is it expensive? Yes. But, it's likely cheaper then your local 3 pack special? 😉 Is it a glorified drinking straw that looks like a cigarette and doesn't really do anything when sucked on? Pretty much. Don't expect a miracle here. But it can be a great tool in assisting to quit. I didn't think I'd ever quit after 25 years. I have the other model with the hard filter and the fan that spins when drawn on. I recommend this one because of the chewable filter. However, if they could put the fan in this model, that would be better than the clicking thing this one does when drawing. Anyway, good luck quitting! I hope this review helps someone.
