Life changer for elderly home owner
This thing was a life changer for my 83 year old mother. I added it to her garage light switch at the top of a set of stairs into the house. I was not sure it would work due to a freezer being located 10" directly in front of the switch location. Due to the dual sensor design, it works perfectly. When she opens the door from the house and moves past the door frame, the light automatically turns on in the garage with no need to fumble for a switch. Leaving the garage with her hands full, she no longer needs to turn the light off due to the timer feature. It's literally is one of the best safety improvements I have made to her home.

Works like a champ
Added to bathroom and only stays on while someone is in the bathroom. Easily installed in minutes.

Great sensor, albeit with stifled expectations.
I got this for my bathroom to replace a regular motion sensor. Suffice it to say, I am disappointed. It works no better than the sensor it replaced but perhaps I need to reign in my expectations. I read up on how ultrasonic motion sensors work and I read up on how THIS sensor is supposed to work. Here is my predicament. I have a largish bathroom. The shower is within a little nook, just outside of the sensor's wide range, I guess. I thought the ultrasonics would work where the IR failed if the water was running or the bathroom had lots of mist from the hot shower.Anyway, it doesn't work any better than the sensor I had before, which is a regular fine detection motion sensor and that sort of sucks. The only thing this has going for it is the walkthrough mode...of course, for me it still doesn't make it worth is since I have it set to 30s and the walkthrough mode really only works if you have it set to higher, like 5m.I jump into the bath and the light will randomly turn off. As I mentioned, I have it set to 30s but sometimes it'll be after a minute or 2, or 3, or 4. I guess it's catching some of my movement but it's definitely not working the way I expected it to, which is to have the light stay on while anyone is showering. The stopgap I've put in, is a another dual sensor switch which controls a light directly over the tub/shower and a fan and this one I operate manually so I've grown accustomed to turning this one on before I shower (it's set for 30m and turns off if no one is there after that). It's still a good sensor, I suppose I'm just expecting too much in these 'fine' dual tech detection sensors.

Great product. Works perfectly. Worth the money. Easy to install.
I got nothing for the review, unfortunately - seems as if others got free stuff. But still using this product to replace a commonly available simple Infrared switch for my bathroom fans worked great. Like others, I could not get the competitor's simple single IR switch to do the job. Either it was set where it would not come on, or it came on all the time, ran almost continuously.I installed this switch and I had it tested, set, and running properly in 15 minutes. This dual technology switch is the cat's meow. I had some reservations about installing it in small spaces (home bathrooms), but there was absolutely no issue. This appears to be a well made, easily installed device that does EXACTLY what it is supposed to do. Who could ask for more? This switch costs about twice what the competitor's Infrared switch costs, and is WORTH THE MONEY. I bought 4 of them, and will not buy another kind as long as these are available.

Not alot of options but works awesome ...
So, I was looking for some occupancy switches and originally went with the ones from GE. To be honest, they did not work in any of the applications that I tried. I tried monkeying with them and they directions for setting them did not seem to work. ( The GE instructions talked about turning a rheostat for the timing ... but there were no stops on the rheostat) . I ended up buying some Enerlites Timers and they installed and worked perfectly. Then, I went back (based on a good experience) to get the PIR sensors. They work great!!!! Installed in a few minutes and do what they say. It does not have a lot of the choices (timing, etc) that the other units do ... but they are sturdy and they work. I own GE stock ... but this product is much better made and it works as advertixed.

Works great
Installed in the corner of a large (30' x 30') garage by the door at the back of the garage to the house. Come on instantly when we come out the door and when the garage door 30' in front of it opens. Takes a few seconds to react to a car coming in the other door to the side of the first for, but when the car is 1/2 in it turns on. Overall fantastic and just what we needed.

Failed after 5 min
Installed and lived to look of it. Setup switches for needed mode. Replaced cover plate.Operated normally for 2 cycles of motion trigger. On 3rd cycle, heard a loud POP and it failed to work again. No obvious external signs of damage or short. Won't trust this company again. Back to TopGreener.

Works OK but not exactly what it says it is in the description.
Looks good and works OK. Biggest surprise was it is not actually a motion activated sensor but only reacts to a human body. They should tell you this in the description. Instead they refer to it simply as a motion sensor, which in reality it is not. Merely opening the door does not set it off. In our case this was a big deal and the main reason we got it. We changed out the closet door from a single to two double doors and now the light switch is behind a door once it is opened. We thought that this would turn the light on when the door was opened. It does not. We have to enter the closet and walk into the room before it activates, while remembering not to open the door so far that is actually covers the sensor. Sort of a pain but I don't feel like returning it now.
