Excellent moisture tool especially for bonsai
When probed the first time the gauge was on 3 (dry) so put Bonsai in a tub of water and after just 10 minutes of soaking the gauge showed moist, then checked a number of other plants/palms etc and the gauge was amazingly accurate, this is an excellent tool especially when you have Bonsai as it’s hard to tell what the moisture is at root level. 👍

There was nothing to dislike about this item have ordered for friends too great for making sure your plants are not overwatered.

Does not work
I tried this item on all my plants. It does not work.. I even put it in a jug of water still didn't work.Would have been value for money if working. Quality is cheap. Would not recommend.

The product seems to be quite good and shows if the soil is moist or dry.

Bought it because of many dead plants during last summer. Easy to operate

It took weeks and weeks to be delivered
On ordering, the delivery time was stated as a week, when in fact it took nearly five weeks, with emails constantly delaying delivery without any reason. Once it arrived it was apparent that it had been sent from China, hence the delays. It works perfectly !!

this is a very good product I use it for my compost bin to make sure the compost is not to dry or wet

Excellent device!
This is soooooo useful. I use it all the time and it seems accurate. Just make sure to always wipe the rod clean after use!!
