I have depended on this vitamin my entire life to get me through stressful periods and entergize me. I believe it is important to take a B vitamin that has the wide spectrum of all the Bs ( complex )... And I like that this one is NOT sustained release because, when it comes to B vitamins, I like to feel the immediate effects.

I prefer the B 100 complex, time released...Your body doesn't store B vitamins...take too much and you just have expensive urine.

I have a lot of food sensitivities which affect my ability to take vitamins, these pills work well for me, plus they’re vegan, very important.
