I would like to let someone know that the plug of the pad came damage, on the first day I charged it when it was pulled out the little top piece of the plug stood in the pad, I was able to pull it out but the plug no longer works, just wondering if I could get a plug send out please.

My kids love them although the battery life doesn’t last very long but it does come with this app we’re the kids can watch learning videos and games and they can exit it without an adult password which I love because it keep the kids off the internet I would give it a 8.5/10 because of the battery life but other than it’s super good it doesn’t take to long for it to charge either .

I cannot express how much aggravation these tablets cause me. I needed something for my tots after preschool when I take them to work with me. This was the wrong thing, I should have just stuck with the Amazon Tablet we had before. Neg: 1. You cannot just press the power button, you have to hold it down for different lengths of time to turn on, turn on the screen, turn off the screen, etc. 2. It takes a minimum of three minutes to start up, and for a toddler or preschooler, 3 minutes is forever. 3. Apps are extremely slow, even trying to run Youtube Kids takes several minutes to boot up. 4. The stand on the back of the case requires a knife or long pointed object to get it opened. 5. The handles are a joke and are pulled off within minutes. 6. The touch screen has a very slow reaction time and is not sensitive at all. 7. These tablets are not child friendly operation. I have to turn them on, pull up the app. They are literally cheap tablets with child cases. 8. We have had these for maybe 2 months and they have already shut down, the battery is acting up and not taking a charge, and have been unable to restart one of them. Pos: I can turn on Youtube Kids and if need be, I can have 2.5 hours of uninterrupted work time.

Decent tablet. Plenty of storage with a slot to add more. The resolution is just ok. It comes with games already on it. You can go in the settings and change them so you can download what you want. It plays videos very well. A few problems: The handle on the case broke after only about a month. ( No biggie) The charger that came with it also broke . I pulled it out of the wall one day and the prongs were still in the outlet and the cube and cord were in my hand. It didn't charge well anyway so I replaced it. It doesn't have the best battery life. All in all its a decent tablet for my 18 month old to watch YouTube on witch is all i really wanted.

I got 2 of these tablets for a trip with my young kids. The tablets were a little difficult to set up. Downloading apps and content took forever and one wasnt in kids mode so it took some effort to get it there. We downloaded my kids favorite shows and movies to each tablet and they worked pretty well for about 2 weeks. The tablets are insanely slow and even though the description said they have a screen lock, they dont. So for the price, im happy we had them for our trip. My kids were excited about having their own tablet with their favorite stuff to watch. But after those 2 weeks they're hardly used because they lag especially if the content isnt downloaded to the devise and the screen is unresponsive and turns off randomly.

Cones with a case which was a plus but ensure you buy a screen protector. It was value for the money

es muy eficaz y rapida cuando se conecta al internet,se ajusta en todo para el el entretenimiento y aprendizaje ,tanto como para el habla ,lectura y conocimiento de los nombres de animales y cosas dentro y fuera de la casa,relaciona los colores con las cosas , ademas de ya tener unos juegos agregados, tambien se puede poner con youtube para que mire videos de niños, es grato tener una tablet especial para niñas y niños asi , gracias mil , estoy muy agradecido, y la recomiendo , tiene buen precio y es adaptable

The tablet stopped charging and blew up. 7 inch

I am not one to typically leave bad reviews, but by golly this was a horrible purchase. When something is too good to be true.... I ordered 2 for my kids and they both broke with in days. Its very VERY slow, looses internet connecting during use as well. My take away, spend the extra money on the better quality.

My son loves the tablet very much.

Salió mala, se traba y se apagaba , la batería se le iba en cuestión de 10 min, no la recomiendo para nada hay mejores y más accesibles, lo que si es que Amazon me hizo la devolución del artículo sin ningún problema y la devolución del dinero
