This allows you to hang the poster vertical or horizontal.It is laminated, so it will be the only poster you'll ever need to buy!

I know it's got the size in the description, but I do with they had a larger version. Otherwise it's a decent quality laminated poster with some good workouts.

Great poster. Not too big. Not too small. Laminated. You barely need to glance over to it to see the illustration and know which exercise to do next. Love that it separates out each body part, and if you want full body all at once they added a section for that, as well. With the money to have it on hand.

Very happy with the chart. The chart comes printed in both sides. It has the same excercises in both sides, but aligned differently. So you can choose which side is better for you. The exercises suggested in the chart range from beginners to advance. All in all good product. No complains whatsoever.

Posters were exactly as described. I purchased the laminated ones which are great. I bought them to add to a training room for high school kids so that when they are on their own they could create a solid workout (all exercises are split into upper, lower, abs/core, and full body) with visual guidance.

I was disappointed when I received my battle rope poster it usually has the same exercise on both side portrait on one side landscape on the other ! I’ve ordered several of your posters and that’s the way they come ! This time for some reason it had battle rope (portrait) on one side and the other had medicine ball (portrait) on the other which I already have the medicine ball poster done the correct way! I was gonna use the landscape side of the Barry rope poster for my gym but it’s not on the reverse side!!!!!! I don’t feel like sending back and waiting all over again!!! I’m gonna hafta just move some of the one I have on my walls and move them around to place this one on my gym wall!!! 😔😔
