I very rarely write reviews….
All I can say about this is (and I’ve shocked myself by writing this..) this is BETTER than an Apple Watch and I am a massive Apple fan let me tell you. This cute little gem is worth every penny. It does everything it says it should and I love it!! 10/10 from me!

Great little tracker. Easy to use, although not very accurate.
Bought this for my 9yr old daughter for her birthday. We chose this particular one as it as she has tiny wrists and it was the only one that would fit! It was still a bit big but we managed to put an extra hole in the strap and now it works fine. She absolutely loves it. It’s very simple to read and use. I have a fit bit and she loves competing with me on the step count. Personally I don’t think it’s very accurate but at this age who cares if it’s encouraging her to be active??

Not resistant as needed
First 3 months just need to charge it 3 times. Yes 3 times. Last 2 months the charge was needed every week but that's not the problem. The problem is the usb mounting point that is weak and this morning when removing th wrist it broke and there's no way to fix. I would say this is a very bad experience.

Doesn’t keep its charge!
It’s only been used a few times and does not keep its charge the whole day. Complete waste of money. It’s only being used as a step counter and still can’t even stay charged the whole day! Very disappointed!

Good tracker and good customer service.
This is the fourth tracker I have bought.They are a great product for the price, this one had issues. I had contacted the company who had talked me through some troubleshooting. When this didn’t work they have offered to send a replacement, for which I am waiting for. This is the first time I have had an issue and I was pleased with how it has been resolved. They remained very helpful and polite through out the process.

Disappointed little boy
Awful fitbit I bought this for my son who has never been able to use it properly as it does like to the app, the app in its self was the hardest thing to find in the first place I would have given it no stars but wasn't given the option

Strap failed. Good customer service - strap replaced free of charge.
The strap broke within a couple of days of use. I purchased a replacement strap which also failed. My son was v upset as it was his birthday present. Are you willing to provide a replacement strap free of charge or can I have a replacement?Update: The supplier contacted me and provided replacement straps free of charge. I hope these don’t fail. Good customer service. My son is happy. Thank you.

Good product for the 6 weeks it worked!
Order this for my son , it worked great for 6 weeks then screen started going blurry, then screen faded to the point you can’t see it. Contacted customer service via email , got one reply, sent relavent information as requested and Had no response since . Tried calling company and phone just rings .
