This teddy bear is fantastic! My 14-year-old saved up and bought this for herself. The color is a nice light tan, and the construction is very well done. The hidden seams are lined up, the proportions are just right, and there has been absolutely no shedding. Other bears that we looked at were extra big because the arms and legs were oversized. This one is bigger proportionally, which I think makes it look much nicer. The box it came in was around 3 feet tall, and the bear was wrapped a in sturdy plastic bag inside of it. It was fluffy and soft from the first moment we extracted it from the box, and had a pleasant, slightly sweet scent. It also arrived 3 days sooner than we expected. PRO'S: Very soft, but still holds its shape. Easy to pose for sitting with no stiffness. Easy to carry around, despite size/weight. No shedding! Does not smell like shipping or a factory - smells good. Does not need to take time to expand from being squished into the box. Stuffed just right - super soft for laying or sitting on, but not so soft you can feel the floor underneath. Very plump (just as any good teddy bear should be) with a huge torso. Packaging was protective and not overdone (no styrofoam, packing peanuts, etc.). Comes in a BIG box! Can fit two kids and a big dog in there. CON'S: Comes in a BIG box! The kids will fight over it. The dog will lay on it when he thinks no one is looking. Now I want one, too.

The bear arrived today via UPS on schedule. I must say I didn't know what to expect other than the general look of the bear which was exactly as pictured but when I took him out of the box I was pleasantly surprised by how soft and well crafted he was. My girlfriend is seriously going to freak out over this loveable guy on Valentines Day. One thing to note is the height measurement is calculated by adding the length of the legs and the length of the torso, the height the bear would be if he was able to stand up strait, which he can't. The bear is designed to be seated so when he's stretched out he comes to about 50 in or so but what he lacks in height he makes up for in girth. Plenty of room on his bear tummy for giant bear hugs. Overall I'm completely impressed and satisfied with the purchase. By far the cutest of the giant teddy bears I've seen on Amazon. His bear feet really set him apart from a lot of the other one's. Quality was OK but I would have concerns if I was giving this to a child as the seams aren't extra reinforced and would likely break with roughhousing.

My daughter, 15, has been wanting a full-size stuffed bear for a long time. She's a "snuggly" type person, still attached to hear childhood stuffed bear (typical sized) and wanted a large, soft bear to cuddle with while watching TV, and to lie on while doing homework, etc. Let me just say this bear fits the bill on all counts! I was worried it would be too firm, like those giant bears you might get at a carnival, and this bear is nothing like that. It indeed comes in a huge box, but stuffs back down into the box easily when you take it out to peek at it and see what it looks like. It was a huge hit on Christmas morning, and is irresistible to anyone. The fur is very, very soft, and my daughter is delighted.

After a very thorough search of all the Giant teddy bears out there, we were pretty confident that this was "the one". Ready for some TMI? (both my boys are "in love" for the 1st time, so this was important!) My teenage son (15) bought it for his girlfriend for Christmas and it was a HOME-RUN! So much so that my OTHER teenage son (16) ordered one for HIS girlfriend the very next day! What separates Big Plush from the other bears? They deliver exactly what they promise. There are plenty of life-size bears, but they are shaped more like people; too thin with long legs giving them their height. This bear was shaped and proportioned like a perfect little potbelly teddy bear…only HUGE! No one else had such beautifully detailed feet and face. SOFTEST THING EVER! I wanted to keep one for myself! Delivered in no time. Packaged perfectly. The girls were ecstatic! and my boys are "the best boyfriends EVER!!!!" Thank you Big Plush it really is the perfect teddy!

This bear is amazing. Definitely high quality and 5 ft tall. You can switch a sleeping buddy with this fella, it feels like a fluffy, soft person. I would say however, there's not enough fluff in its arms, making it easy to rip them open. Nothing has happened to mine so far however. It is well worth the price, just be able to take care of it well.

Very pleased! This teddy is huge, which is what I was looking for, he's soft to the touch, like a firm body pillow. I purchased this to give as a gift to my daughter for Christmas 2015, so about two weeks from now, but I wish I could keep it myself ! It would be perfect as a back rest as I read or watch movies in bed ! It came nicely packaged in a huge box, I opened it immediately and went over it with a fine-toothed comb, the seams are flawless, it's stuffed full and yet still very hugable! This isn't at all like those nasty carnival stuffed prizes, which had concerned me when purchasing, this bear is giant, he's adorable with such a sweet face ! I had my mind made up when I bought this that I would return it if it was the least bit tacky or shoddy, or missewn or cheap feeling or looking, but I must say this giant teddy far surpassed my expectations and hopes! A little on the expensive side but worth every penny and then some!

I bought two of these for my toddlers ages 1 and 2 years old. They love them. They climb all over and hug them a lot. Very good quality and have withstood quite a bit so far. I can hear the seams ripping a little when my two yr old drags it. I don't think it will quite stand up to the continued wear my son puts them through but when that day comes I'm ordering another. The craftsmanship is so good and the bears are so soft and comfortable that I want my kids to have these as they grow. Even I lay against them and use them as a pillow when sitting on the floor with the kids.

It’s value for money, soft and big..!! My wife loves it. Value for money when see happiness of the person to whom you gift but yes little heavy on pocket 😄

The Teddy Bear was a Christmas gift for my 13 year old granddaughter, who asked for one.....but absolutely was not expecting one this size! She loved it & could not believe how big & soft it was. The bear was exactly as described, no issues. It had lots of stuffing and in proportion.......while expensive, the look on my granddaughters face was priceless and worth every penny!
