Very happy with this purchase! We’ve had this for about 2 months and have use it about 3 times per day. There was a small learning curve for us on this machine as it has a lot more features than we’ve used before. Great for our thermoses, single cup, and carafes. It’s efficient and handles a variety of sizes which works for all of our household. Brew time is fast. We seem to like it using a bit less grounds and on the rich setting. Keeps carafe warm for a nice period of time. No worries about filters collapsing. The frother was a fun addition for my hot cocoa this winter as well. Easy to keep clean. It is a bigger machine than all of our others but we made a coffee bar for it and my kettle. Recommend getting a sliding board underneath for easy moving.

I absolutely am in love with this coffee machine. It is so cool and it is so beautiful. It’s a real conversation beats when somebody walks into the kitchen. I’ve had a lot of fun with it. It makes great coffee. There’s all kinds of cool little features on it. it’s super easy to use. I love that they have this little built-in arm to whipped cream or froth up your coffees in the morning. It has a nice little warmer underneath. If you wanna make a pot it’s great. This is the best purchase I’ve ever made. Bonus, you can also make your green tea or any kind of looseleaf tea in there as well there’s no need for any paper filters. It’s super easy to clean super easy to use. It’s made making coffee in the morning or even green tea. Super fun. I ditched a brand new Technivorm MochaMaster in favor of the Ninja Fresh Brew 14 cup! The Mocha Master was lackluster at best. While is did make a decent cup of coffee, the carafe was SO small and didn’t fit back onto the warming plate easily. Truly, it was like nails on a chalkboard as the glass scratched its way back into place. I have researched at length other options and decided to take a chance on this Ninja (what could I lose due to its price?), and am thrilled with the result! We have plenty of coffee for to-go cups and the features are plentiful. The taste and quality of the brew is exceptional and the temperature is perfect every time. So easy to use, but still a good amount of features to be enjoyable.

This is our third machine and I can’t give it enough credit! They last for years if you treat it well, coffee is always great, you can set up a timer, it will keep the coffee warm, you can make different sizes, I definitely think it’s worth the money! Our first one is almost 7 years old and still works great everyday!

Wish I could go with 5 stars here! First of all, makes great coffee. It's easy to operate and clean. The only issue is that it drips coffee during the pour. Usually just a couple of drops but it's annoying. Better quality and design than the cuisinart we had!

My four-year-old Cuisinart was leaking all over the counter with every use, so a new one was in order, and it made a perfect Christmas gift, as my husband said, pick it out and order it. I looked at so many and debated for months, read and watched all the reviews I could, and finally pulled the trigger on this one, and I'm so glad I did. I couldn't wait until Christmas to start using it, so here's my review. If you are on the fence, don't be. This thing is quality, stainless steel, not just appliques that look shiny. It's heavy, it's solid, it feels like quality. What I love about it. The basket slides out and rotates towards me, and the water container easily slides out from the base so it can be filled using filtered water from the refrigerator with ease. So I never again have to slide the coffee maker from the wall to fill water or grounds. I also love the open back, it has so I can see my tiled backsplash, so the pot doesn't go into a dark hole, it just feels cleaner and open. It's taller than wide, and I also love that. Make sure you can clear 15-16H inches under the counter. I have only 15.5 inches of clearance, but when placed near the sink, with the frother on the left side, there's plenty of room to change out the basket, and do the frother over the sink, which is perfect to wash any overflow from frothing. Coffee taste: Excellent Ease of Use: Stellar Quality Build: Awesome I did buy the 4-year extended warranty, just to make sure it will serve us well. I can make a single cup when I wake at zero dark thirty, and no one will hear it. The finish beep is very slight, so you don't wake the house. The built-in scoop on the side under the frother is a great addition, especially now, with coffee prices so high. It tells you how much coffee to use with the provided two-sided scoop to add for a single cup, XL cup, half, or whole pots, and it snaps into the side when you're done. The cost of pods is ridiculous, right now, and it makes a perfect cup from one to ten if you measure it right with that scoop. I'm in love with it, and I'm 60. Best coffee maker purchase ever, and I've been through a lot of them in my lifetime. <3

I love this coffee maker! So many options in one machine. The specialty coffee with frothed milk is a fav. Easy to use and clean.

This is the coffee machine I've been waiting for! Not yet around in Canada, but ships from the USA via Amazon Canada. I don't need a coffee machine that makes tea, I don't need a spinning whirly gig on the side to froth milk... I need a 'Coffee Machine!' And this is it! Boy does it keep coffee hot and that's on the low 'keep warm' setting which doesn't tarnish the flavor. And what about that flavor, it's amazing whether just brewing a single mug or brewing a complete giraffe (it has a long neck) the flavor is consistent. Love, love, love the cold brew feature. How have I lived without this? Previously I'd brew a pot of coffee and put it in the fridge to cool down, but this baby brews straight over ice, again by the mug, if that's all you need. Again, awesome full flavor without being bitter. It sits under the counter too and because of the horizontal action of the brew basket, you don't have to move the machine everytime you want to brew a coffee. The included measuring spoon attached to the side and 'drip stop' feature make this machine standout from the crowd for sure. I'm English, we don't make cups of tea in a coffee machine and I believe you would be deported from the UK for doing so. So if it's real coffee you're into and not all that ridiculous frothing nonsense, this is the machine for you!
