some of the books are too detailed or to basic.This has a good balanace to make you think about the cases and a good review after each case. The presentation is clear and not too cramped. It could be better if the topics were broken down into sections relating to systems that one can revise but i expect its randomly done as cases given in the CSA are on a random basis.This is well worth the money and excellent starting base for revision for CSA. highly recommended.

This textbook helped get me through the MRCGP CSAs. The cases are perhaps more complex and difficult than the average exam scenarios, but better be prepared for the toughest and then breezing through!

Good book

lots of cases. we worked through them as a group, with info for the patient and info for the doctor, and a good review after. Overall the cases were good preparation for the exam. Would recommend.

good for revision
